Am I about to make my light bill sky-rocket? (I pay for utilities.)
I live in an residence with one HVAC heating and cooling unit. I was gone that one single day that they do the maintenance for this year. I’m pretty certain this unit has not had maintenance for three years.
And what do the service guys do exactly?
I know my landlady won’t do this once more awaiting at least next year and I now don’t have any incomes to pay anyone.
